Set up system and receive inventory
Working with you, we determine an integration plan, train you on our inventory tools and customize procedures based on your IT requirements. We then train our internal technical engineers and facilities teams on your products, staging requirements, and procedures. Once that’s complete, we receive your products into our facility, all virtually tracked, highly secure, custom configured, and kitted for rapid deployed as needed.
Kitting and Assembly
We can provide you with custom kitting, imaging, assembly, repackaging and labeling services, including applying bar codes to SKUs before receiving them into the finished goods inventory and conducting testing that’s required of equipment processed by Canvas Systems.
Determine packaging
We evaluate your product base and establish the appropriate packing requirements. Then, we ensure all of our shipping locations have the appropriate packaging materials in stock.
Establish inventory management protocol
On a regular basis, we cycle count all inventory and record any adjustments in the warehouse management system. This information is made available to you through our online inventory tool.
Process and ship orders and handle returns
We pack and ship your orders using your preferred carrier pass or provide discounted options from our own. We also manage any returns, making sure that the information is recorded in the inventory management system and returned to stock.
Manage customer service
We provide customer service on your behalf, as well as a dedicated logistics representatives to handle daily processes and transactions.
