Refurbished and Used Sun Fire V1280 servers offer 4, 8, or 12 UltraSPARC III Cu processors at 1.2 GHz and up to 96 GB of memory. With an integrated support for up to 15 SCSI drives and two 73 GB internal disks, the Sun V1280 server also delivers other options with Gigabit Ethernet and a DDS-4 tape drive. The Sun V1280 also allows dynamic reconfiguration of CPU/memory boards providing flexibility for many applications.
