Refurbished and Used Dell PowerEdge 2900 servers are the perfect solution for companies who need performance today and scalability in the future. This 2-socket server is available in either a 5U rack or a tower form factor and features two Intel® Xeon® processors, ranging from 3.0 GHz to 3.3 GHz, along with 12 FDB DIMM slots with a maximum RAM capacity of 48GB. Dell 2900 servers also include error correcting code (ECC) and Single Device Data Correction (SDDC), which are designed to prevent memory failures even if there is a memory chip failure on a DIMM. The PowerEdge 2900 can handle just about any type of application, including email, databases and virtualization.
