With up to sixteen 1.8 GHz 64-bit POWER5+ processor cores, 128 GB of DDR2 memory, and 3.6 TB of internal storage via hot-swap SCSI disks, the 9116-561 provides excellent performance and reliable storage. The IBM System P5 560Q offers six PCI-X expansion slots for flexibility and is available with 2 Gb Fibre Channel, 10 Gb Ethernet, and 4x InfiniBand® adaptors for additional connectivity. An additional 28.8 TB of storage and 56 PCI-X expansion slots can be added through I/O drawers.
