Receiving

Upon receipt, all components are inspected for cosmetic appearance and part number identification before being sent to our auditing department.

Auditing

After undergoing a full diagnostic test, components are identified by manufacturer's serial number, assigned an inventory control number, bar-coded and stored in a static free, climate controlled storage facility.

Product Handling

Canvas uses extreme care when handling and inventorying products. Only state-of-the-art equipment is used in our 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse to ensure that audited equipment is properly shelved and stored.

Whole servers on site

In addition to small items such as memory cards, CPU boards and hard drives, we have whole servers on-site, ready to be configured and shipped at a moment’s notice.

Packaging

Canvas Systems customizes its packaging using anti-static and reinforced materials to prevent shipping and handling damage, often exceeding the packaging standards of product manufacturers.

Large Equipment Shipping

Enterprise servers and large equipment are securely wrapped, banded and placed on special crates for safe shipment.
